Challenge: I click the Login button on the Backpack and it does not log me in. The page does not change. What do I do?
Resolution 1: Make sure you have already created your Affiliate Backpack account.
Resolution 2: Try a different browser. Sometimes Chrome has new and imporved challenges.
Resolution 3: Start an Incognito browser session and login from there. This is simple:
1. Go to the Chrome browser (or Edge, Firefox, Safari,) (Click Here
to see how to go into incognito mode)
2. Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner below the X
3. Click New Incognito Browser (3rd or 4th line down)
4. Enter https://backpack.healthalliancenetwork.com into the address bar
5. Log in
